Shipping

We offer free shipping in the US via USPS. If your order is for more than $55 and less than 4 pounds, you’ll get free USPS Priority Mail service. All others will get USPS Ground Advantage.

International shipping will get a significant discount – we can’t cover all of a typical $45-$50 overseas shipment, but we will cut a chunk off of that (varies by country), with a flat $34 shipping fee for packages over $85 and and under 4 pounds. All other packages will be quoted to you after you order.

Oh, and we don’t work weekends and holidays, so allow us up to 2 business days to process your order before it’s shipped.


30 Day At-Home Trial

A truly risk-free trial policy.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in like-new condition (not broken or scuffed/scratched up) – basically in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Oh, and we don’t accept returns of Hydrogen ear tips because that’s just gross.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, typically 3 to 10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

You’re only going to get back the money you spent. No fair buying an item on sale then returning it after the sale for full price credit. We don’t play that.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we’ll tell you where to send your product.


Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we supply when you contact us. Please include the RMA number as well, it helps us keep things tracked correctly. Packages without an RMA on the outside will sit until you contact us and let us know what you sent back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. But you most likely didn’t pay for shipping in the first place.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Things do get lost. So insurance can be a safe bet.
