What does this warranty cover?
This warranty covers any defects in parts or labor in your new Periodic Audio Inc. In-Ear Monitor or Amplifier. It does not cover earbuds, cables, or other accessories.
How long does the coverage last?
This warranty lasts for five (5) years in the United States. This warranty lasts for two (2) years in all other Countries. Batteries are covered for two (2) years regardless of location.
What will Periodic Audio do?
Periodic Audio Inc. will repair or replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge. Periodic Audio will cover all return shipping costs for approved warranty work.
What does this waranty not cover?
Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear on finishes, or an act of God (such as a flood) are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
How do I get service?
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you must register your product on our website within 30 days of purchasing the product (if you buy from us, you’re automatically registered). If something goes wrong with your product, send it postage paid with your name, return address, contact information (phone number and/or e-mail address), date product was purchased, and a brief written description of the problem to the warranty address listed on our website.
We will inspect your product and contact you within business days to give the results of our inspection and any estimate of potential charges required to repair the product if the damage is not covered under warranty. If you authorize repairs, we will repair or replace and ship out the product to you pre-paid within 72 hours. There is no charge for inspection.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
