Shipping Policy

Buying a product is more than just plunking your money down. It’s also getting the products into your hands. If you buy straight from us, then how we get that product to you matters to you – and us!

Shipping and Delivery Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to the US, no matter the order amount. All US orders under 5 pounds and over $49 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.; USPS Ground Bulk/Advantage for all other orders.

Estimated shipping time is 2 to 7 business days. 

Express Shipping

Is available via DHL, charges are based on location, size and weight of package. Estimated Charges/Shipping time TBA upon request.

International Shipping

Is available for a flat fee of $34 USD.

Hawaii and Alaska – Estimate Shipping time is up to 5 Days

Rest of the world – Estimate Shipping time is up to 12 Days.

The exception to this policy is for our fans in Russia. There, due to import restrictions as established by that nation, we must first ship your order to an intermediary in the US, who will receive your package, and then deliver it to you directly as they are authorized by the Government of Russia. Typical delivery time is 3 days to this intermediary, and approximately 15 days thereafter for delivery to the individual who started the process.

Please note all orders are processed within 3 business days, the cut off is 1:30pm PDT

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Email our support staff @ support@periodicaudio.com or alternatively use the contact us form. You’ll need to request a Return Authorization number. Once you receive the code, please take the product including any and all accessories and return them to:

Include your return authorization code on the outside of the package (failure to do so will SLOW your refund to a crawl, we’ll basically wait until you contact us). All items will be inspected within two business days of receipt. Once all products are found to be present and in working order, we’ll credit your account – typically within two business days. You will be sent a credit note via email.

**Please Note – Exception to the returns policy Hydrogen products are not eligible for returns**.
